Return Eligibility

You may return eligible items within 3 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• Original tags and packaging are intact.
• A valid proof of purchase is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Items marked as non-returnable
• Products damaged due to misuse

Exchanges

Eligible items may be exchanged for a different size or the same product, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 DAYS at support@avdore.com with photos of the product and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 6 days.
